It could be said to be a bad day for Chelsea on Wednesday night match against Liverpool despite their well game play.
The Blues lost to Liverpool side 5:4 in a penalty shoot out, after a 2:2 draw at Istanbul. This makes the Reds the first to win all-English UEFA Super Cup.
This follows the Blue's 0:4 loss against the Red Devils on Sunday in the start of the English Premier League.
Olivier Giroud gave Frank Lampard's side a deserved first-half lead on Wednesday, but the introduction of Roberto Firmino as a half-time substitute changed the game for the Reds.
Firmino quickly set up Mane for the equaliser and, in the first period of extra time, the Senegal star smashed home from his team-mate's pass again before Jorginho equalised from the penalty spot.
Adrian's left foot saved the shot from Chelsea's Abraham leaving the Reds as the Super Champions.
