AE-FUNAI To Host A 3D Printing Workshop

The Alex Ekwueme Federal University Ndufu-Alike Ikwo will be hosting an International Sensitization Workshop on Leveraging the Nigerian Economy through Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing) and digital Imaging Technologies.



The Workshop aims at showcasing to the participants the art of 3D printing and the opportunities that will be available to them through Additive Manufacturing and Digital Imaging Technologies.

The Workshop is in collaboration with the Steinbeis-Beratungszentrums IMAPS Institute for Material Applications & 3D Printing Solutions, Willy-Andreas-Allee 19 76131 Karlsruhe, Germany.

The Workshop will have the following partners:

The workshop is the official opening to the training programme that will follow suit, which will take place in various locations across the country. The goal of the training is to challenge the rate of unemployment and underemployment in Nigeria, as well as improve on our digital skills engagement as a Nation.

The Workshop is scheduled to hold on the 30th of March, 2020 at the NEEDS ASSESSMENT BUILDING, AE-FUNAI. Time is 10:00AM.
