A young teenager, Emmanuel has been arrested alongside his father for what Punchng referred to as cyber crime.
He was arrested last week at Iyana Ishasi, Lagos by men of the Police Force Area F command, Ikeja.
Following his arrest, his father claims that he isn't aware of his son's activities.
According to the teenagers statement, he is 19 years old and an undergraduate studying Physics at Alex Ekwueme Federal University Ndufu-Alike Ikwo, Ebonyi State.
He started his activities last year as a blogger, then moved into forex trading and cryptocurrency, mostly bitcoin.
This has thrown mixed reactions among Nigerian citizens who are of the view that forex trading and cryptocurrency is not cyber crime.
