This is a project under the Natacha Akide Initiative (NAI), a Humanitarian Organization owned by the Ex-BBNaija Housemate.
The project kicked off on Wednesday as Government Girls Secondary School (GGSS), Rumuokwuta was the first to be visited.
The project holds the ideology that access to basic menstrual hygiene should be considered as basic human rights, so every girl child deserves the right to free sanitary products.
She gave teachings on Menstrual Hygiene and Management. According to her, "the lack of sanitary pads in a young girl's life can lead to absence in school. Unable to afford these sanitary pads, some girls will often use tissue paper, rags or mattress pieces as supplements".
The height of the event was the distribution of 1,000 sanitary pads to students of GGSS Rumuokwuta.
It was reported that she was at Model Girls Secondary School Rumeme on Friday to distribute 2,000 sanitary pads to the students.
