The women from the various communities took part in match past and dancing competition. The 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the competitions took home prizes. There was raffle draw tickets in which winners went home with Generator, Refrigerator and Sewing Machine.
During Her Excellency keynote address, she thanked Isu women and leaders of the party for making the event a huge success. She promised to use her foundation (Cordelia Foundation ) to empower Isu women and Imo women at large. She equally asked Isu women to state their demand (empowerment ) through the office of the LGA chairman. In a special way she thanked; Hon. Modestus Osakwe (Donated 11 Gas Cylinders/Burners), Sir Martin Ejiogu, Hon. Kingsley Echendu, Chief Sixtus Nsorom, Chief Nnamdi Amajioyi (cash of 100,000) and others for their Donations to the Isu women August meeting. She declared her office open for all Imo women. She empowered Isu women with sewing machines, grinding machines, start up capital for Business amongst other forms of empowerment.
Isu women in turn thanked her and promised to support the government led by His Excellency Rt. Hon. Emeka Ihedioha.
