In his report, he said;
"Dear Friends and Lovers Of Goodwill, The Time is Now!
"It is time to redefine what it means to be in leadership. The great students of our great institution deserve an effective representation.
"The campaign to put our students on the pedestal of consciousness just kick started. Consciousness of the fact that it is time for us to come together and collectively build the union of our dreams.
"Our union should be a place where students interests are protected. Where our students will have a strong voice to demand for what is right and have the audacity to stand up for their right.
"We seek to end a culture that rewards incompetence and sycophancy. We seek to "break the cycle by the galvanization of a skeptical mass of well enlightened" students who are capable of resisting sycophantic tendencies by asking pressing questions, not backing down in the honest demand for a candid representation that seeks no selfish end.
"Information is key to our union's progress. To this end, I have chosen to represent AE-FUNAI students under the capacity of the Director of Information in the Students Union Government.

Comr. Emmanuel Uwakwem is a 200 Level Student of AE-FUNAI, in the Department of Mass Communication.
